Agreement
By using SukuluHub you agree to these terms on behalf of your institution.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree to use SukuluHub lawfully and to keep your account credentials secure.
Data ownership
Your school owns its data. We process it only to provide the service.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and backed up, but provide it on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis.
